Qlik are continuing to improve their offerings in the BI space with the latest version of Qlik Sense Enterprise. 

It now offers out of the box connectors to a number of web based data sources (including SugarCRM) alongside the more traditional database connectors.

This continues the trend of organisations utilising all available data, both internal and external to the business, to help make better decisions.

To really make the most of these insights, the next step is to present them employees in context, to help them be as informed as possible. Integration with a CRM platform is key, as this typically holds the customer record and surfacing these insights in context with that particular client. This will lead to much improved customer service and experience, allowing organisations to differentiate themselves from the competition in an increasingly competitive landscape.
